Bookinginformation
We will do our best to reserve the room of your choice. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding that we can only confirm a certain type but not a certain room/apartment.
- Our prices for rooms are in Euros, incl. all taxes and fees, excl. local tax (€ 2,20 per person and day for those 15 and older).
- Our prices for the aprtments are in Euros, incl. all taxes and fees, excl. local tax and final cleaning:
2-3 persons from € 70
4-5 persons from € 70 to € 80
from 6 persons from € 90 - Cash payment or bank transfers possible. We do not accept debit cards/bank cards or credit cards.
- Arrival and departure: We ask that you check out by 9:00 am on your departure day. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm.
- Breakfast: 7:30 to 10:00 am. For guests in the apartments, there is an opportunity to book this additionally. For this, we charge € 13,- per person and day.
- Children's discount: upon request. We will be happy to provide cribs, high chairs, and children's strollers!
- For short stays as well as during Christmas, Fasching, and Easter, an extra fee of € 25,- to € 30,- will be charged.
- Single occupancy of a double room: For this we charge € 35,- per day.
- Dogs: We ask for your understanding in that no pets are allowed here.
Cancellation conditions & GTC
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the room rate
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the room rate
- From 1 week before arrival we charge you 90% of the room rate
- In case of late arrival or early departure we ask for your understanding that we have to charge min. 3 days empty bed fee.
