- Heated room to dry boots and store skis
- Check-in/ -out: On your arrival day, rooms are available for check-in after 4 p.m. On departure day, please check out of your room by 10 a.m. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.
- No-penalty room cancellations are only possible up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. In the event of cancellations within this time frame, we charge 50% of the booked package price. Should you leave prematurely or cancel, you will be charged.
- We are happy to pick up train and air travellers (Innsbruck Airport) free of charge !
